What you'll do

Grow a cereal (not maize) at a reduced seed rate in strips or plots, with restricted herbicide and pesticide use, so arable wildflowers and insects can thrive in and around the crop. Harvest from about mid-July.

• A dated sowing record (crop and reduced seed rate)
• Spray records showing the restricted inputs, with invoices
• Dated photos of the crop
