Eligibility conditions

• Bank at least 20m long, forming a land parcel boundary, continuous and complete
• Enter only the side(s) you manage

What you'll do

Keep earth banks or stone-faced hedgebanks (at least 20m long, forming parcel boundaries) in good repair. Check each one's condition at least once a year and carry out repairs within 12 months. A boundary action — it doesn't double-fund area actions on the same parcel.

Evidence to keep

• A written or photographic record of each bank's annual condition check
• Dated records of any repairs
• Contractor invoices, if done for you

Can share its area with every other action except:
