• Below the moorland line
• Arable route excludes temporary grassland, fallow land and maize
• Permanent crops exclude miscanthus

What you'll do

Don't use any insecticide — including insecticidal seed dressings, nematicides and acaricides — on the arable crop (one cash crop from sowing to harvest each year) or the permanent crop. Herbicides, fungicides and growth regulators are still allowed.

Evidence to keep

• Field operation and spray records at parcel level showing no insecticide use, with invoices
• Photos or other documentation
