Eligibility conditions

• Below the moorland line
• Registered 'fully organic' with a Defra-licensed organic control body
• Arable land is eligible only if you'll convert it to permanent grassland

What you'll do

Keep already-organic improved or semi-improved low-input permanent grassland under organic management throughout the agreement, meeting your Defra-licensed control body's organic standards.

Evidence to keep

• A valid organic certificate and schedule covering the action
• Records showing the land is improved or semi-improved low-input permanent grassland

Supplements you can add

• SPM3 — Keep native breeds on grazed habitats supplement (>80%) (£146 per hectare, per year)
