On land already in a scheme

Land already in an SFI, Countryside Stewardship, HLS or Landscape Recovery agreement may be eligible for a capital item if the same work is not paid for twice, the actions in the two agreements are compatible and there is enough space in the parcel; on Countryside Stewardship land, any earlier capital works in that parcel must also be complete and paid for. Section 2.4 of the 2026 applicant's guide sets out the conditions.
